Weekly Update #001

What we’re doing this week:

This week, we’re starting a project to review 22 elearning courses for a client, along with their LMS. We’ll be looking at design standards, adherence to the company style guide, visual and instructional design, course structure, interaction design, usability and accessibility, and how they’re reporting is set up. Learn more about our elearning review service.

We’re also finalizing support documentation for the rollout of a performance support platform for Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR). We’re excited to get to the launch phase of this 14-month project, which included a UX workshop, system selection, and implementation support. Brian will be traveling to Rwanda and Cameroon later this month to deliver training and perform additional user research (huge thanks to Steve Portigal for his Interviewing Users book).

Finally, this week we’ll also be kicking off a project to help another client convert instructor-led training (ILT) to elearning.
